Which makes it even more important, but complicated, to listen to what the article is saying and avoid the perils of what can be a very serious issue. I counted the calories, but not the distance (was less than 0.2 I had read that article before. I did do some push mowing, but only 13:37 min worth. I mostly rode the riding mower while he weed eat and did a lot of the push mowing. This afternoon, my neighbor, W, and I mowed mom's lawn. Total was 2.50 miles in 35:03 min for an average pace of 14:01 min/mile. I ran 5 min at 4.2 mph, then did a run/walk at 4.5/3.8 mph to keep the HR where it needed to be (first 6 min was running, then mostly run/walk for 2/1 min) for 25 min, then ran a little over 5 min at 4.2 mph. I walked a total of 1 mile for warm up and cool down. The plan called for 45 min low intensity (HR between 120 and 130 bpm). If you want to drizzle some caramel on it, that's fantastic, but prefer plan to flavored ones. Are they just finding them and detonating them where they are?
